Definition of urban forests and urban forestry, Conpect, approach and history of urban forestry, General properties of urban forests (ecological properties, benefits, etc.), Cost analysis in urban forestry, Planning and management of urban forests, Plant material, Installition of urban forests (survey of field, proparation, assessment of available vegetation, planting techniques, etc.), Protection and maintenance of urban forests (replanting, watering, fertilization and soil improving, supporting ,weeding and hoeing, pruning).Definition of pruning, aim and varieties, Pruning time, Pruning of trees and shrubs species, Pruning equipment. |
