Introduction to flowering plants, importance of plant identification in different science areas such as forestry, biology, pharmacy, landscape architecture, forst industrial engineering. Teaching the functions of herbariums, arboretums and botanical gardens. Explaining the use of plant collecting equipments, plant drying methods, plant systematics. Teaching identification parts of flowering plants such as vegetative and generative organs. Explain the identification key types. Lab. studies. |
