| The aim of the internship is to enable students to develop their theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to the discipline of landscape architecture in professional practice environments, gain professional experience, become familiar with sectoral applications, and improve their technical, design, ethical, and communication skills in line with the program outcomes. In office/construction site internships, students are expected to observe and participate in landscape design, planning, and project development processes within office and implementation environments. In nursery/construction site internships, students are expected to gain practical knowledge related to plant material production, maintenance processes, and the use of plants. Students are required to complete a total of 60 working days before graduation, with each internship period consisting of a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 40 working days. The work carried out during the internship is recorded daily in detail and documented with supporting evidence. The internship report is approved by the responsible person in the workplace and submitted to the relevant academic staff member in the department for evaluation and grading. |
