The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the fundamental concepts, methods, and approaches related to participatory planning processes; to develop planning decisions that consider the participation of different stakeholder groups in urban and rural landscape areas; to analyze environmental, social, and spatial data; and to apply sustainable, inclusive, and ecological-based planning approaches.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Will be able to explain the fundamental concepts, methods, and approaches related to participatory planning processes1 - 6 - 111,
LO - 2 : Will be able to develop participatory planning proposals in urban and rural landscape areas in line with user needs2 - 6 - 111,
LO - 3 : Will be able to analyze ecological, social, and spatial data in participatory planning studies2 - 6 - 111,
LO - 4 : Will be able to evaluate the roles and contributions of different stakeholder groups in participatory planning processes2 - 6 - 11
LO - 5 : Will be able to establish effective communication and conduct collaborative work in intra- and interdisciplinary team studies2 - 6 - 11
