The aim of the course:
To transfer the principles of landscaping plan application to the students, to prepare the students for the site conditions, to gain a point of view in terms of applications

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Will be able to learn the implementation steps of landscape projects (planting projects, hardscaping projects, irrigation projects, and infrastructure projects) and read project examples.1 - 21,3,

Contents of the Course
This course comprehensively addresses the project, planning, and field implementation dimensions of the landscape design process. The course covers technical drawing and project types such as hard and soft ground projects, irrigation and infrastructure systems, and lighting projects and sections. Furthermore, application processes such as leveling, application, and land shaping, as well as the transfer of plant design to the field, plant selection, planting, and sowing techniques are discussed in detail. In addition, technical topics such as the design and implementation phases of irrigation and drainage systems, and the field application of lighting projects are covered. In terms of project management, the course covers the responsibilities of the client and contractor, and the processes of preparing tender documents and bids. In the later weeks of the semester, real-world landscape projects are examined to connect theoretical knowledge with practice; thus, the aim is for students to understand the landscape design process from beginning to end.
