| This course is about the 20th century social and political history that will be discussed thoroughly with a world history perspective. The periodization is limited between the First World War and the end of the Cold War. The main topics of the course are colonialism and anti-colonialism, world wars, modern ideologies, the Cold War and the grand structural social changes. Geographically, this course focuses on North America, Europe and the Middle East. |
