This course analyzes the Turkish social and cultural history since the founding of the Turkish Republic up to the end of the Cold War. The main themes of the course are Atatürk?s revolution and his ideological principles, the demographic structure of Türkiye, culture, education, arts and sports in Republican Türkiye. |
