The aim of the course:
examining the expansion of capitulations in Ottoman State and their economic, political and legal dimensions.

Contents of the Course
the effects of capitulations on Ottoman economy, law and diplomatic relations and the role of contry in the process of becomming semi-colonial will be emphasized.
