The aim of the course:
Constitutional developments in Turkey from the Constitution of 1876 to the present day, the impact of developments in the world and in Turkey on Turkish political life, evaluation of the established constitutional institutions and their reflections on Turkish society.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
The constitutional process, political and non-governmental organizations in Turkey from the 1876 Constitution to 1982 are examined in detail.
