The aim of the course:
The objective of this lesson is to examine the conquest of Anatolia by the Turks and the foundation of the Anatolian Seljukid Empire in this region and also its social and economical structure.

Contents of the Course
The first Turkish raids into Anatolia, foundation of Anatolian Seljukid Empire and Turkish emirates founded in the East and West Anatolia and the progress of Turcization and Islamization of Anatolia.
