Contents of the Course
This course mainly deal with satellite systems used for ocean and environmental monitoring and management,ocean colour concept, remotely sensed data acqusition, storage, theory and techniques of remote sensing and their applications. Spectral signatures of natural and artificial materials. Some examples of remote sensing applications in marine science, fisheries, hydrology, meteorology are demonstrated
