The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to provide general information on the principles of collective of collective labour law.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
The subject of collective labour law involves syndicates, collective labour agreements, collective labour disagreements and the way of consensus, mediation, solutions of collective labour conflicts in both peaceful and agonistic ways; rights of strike and lockout.

 Week 5Conditions for terminating and incomes and expenditures of trade unions and confederations.
 Week 6Control and ceasing of trade unions and confederations.
 Week 7Collective labour agreement (CLA), its importance, history and autonomy.
 Week 8Mid-term exam
 Week 9To form CLA, its extent and level and CLA ability and authority.
 Week 10To build up collective bargaining and agreement and the effect of CLA on labour contract and benefit from CLA.
 Week 11Applying borders of CLA and extending; interpretation of CLA, its bust and invalidity.
 Week 12Collective labour conflicts, peaceful solutions and Agonistic solutions and strike.
 Week 13Legal strike and its legal ends and illegal strike and its legal ends.
