The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to provide students with information on human resources planning, procurement, placement, training and development, performance evaluation and remuneration of human resources.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 2 : explain of job analysis, selection practices and orientation, training and development programs, career planning, performance evaluation, job evaluation and wage management, the union-management relations, international human resource management.1,31
