The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on constutitutional law.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : tell main concepts of constitutional law in context of authority and human rights11
LO - 2 : locate about political concepts used in political life11
LO - 3 : interpret political process in context of constitutional law perspective11
LO - 4 : debate various constitutional law problems in political life11
LO - 5 : formulate constitutional law proposals about various problems in political life11

The concept of constitution and constitutional law; state; political power; political parties; electoral systems; governmental systems; fundamental rights and freedoms, Turkish Constitutional Law.
