Recognizing Organizational Culture: To assist students in understanding organizational culture and evaluating its impact on behavior within the organization.
Examining Leadership and Motivation: To provide students with knowledge about leadership styles, motivation techniques, and factors influencing employee performance.
Developing Communication and Collaboration Skills: To enhance students' communication skills and provide them with tools and methods to improve collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Analyzing Group Dynamics: To provide information about the formation, structure, and functioning of groups, and to examine the relationships between groups.
Teaching Conflict Management: To teach conflict resolution techniques and enhance students' abilities to effectively resolve conflicts in a positive manner. |
