Fiscal policy: some definitions, objectives and tools, the effects of fiscal policy. Discussions on the effectiveness of fiscal policy: Classical approach, Keynesian Approach, Monetarist approach, the supply-side approach, a new approach to classical and new Keynesian approach. Fiscal policy and national income balance: the multiplier-accelerating model, the income multiplier, spending multiplier, balanced budget multiplier. Relative effectiveness of open and closed economy, monetary and fiscal policies. Active in ensuring economic stability / fiscal policy of automatic and voluntary. Inflation and fiscal policy. Recession and fiscal policy: the causes of recession, fiscal policy against recession. Stagflation and fiscal policy. The budget deficit problem and fiscal policy.
