The aim of the course:
To teach the reduction of healthy nutrition. To understand why activity and nutrition are important for athletes and what to pay attention to. To make people understand how nutrition should be during training and competition. Ergogenic growth mini grasp for athletes.

Contents of the Course
What is healthy living and healthy nutrition? What is physical fitness? Effects of exercise. Definitions about physical activity and history of physical activity. Benefits of healthy eating and regular exercise. How much exercise should be done? Which exercises should be done? To increase participation in physical activity and reduce sedentary life. Physical activity and exercise recommendations for an active life. Healthy diet. The functions of nutritional elements in body functioning. Energy and nutritional requirements of athletes. How Should Athletes Nutrition? Nutrition during training and competition periods. Are ergogenic supports important?
