The aim of the course:
The purpose of this course is to learn the concepts of entrepreneurship, immigrants and immigrant entrepreneurship, to understand the dynamics of immigrants starting a business, to learn theories and research on immigrant entrepreneurs, to learn the opportunities and challenges of immigrant entrepreneurship, to evaluate the role of immigrant entrepreneurship in the national and global economy.

Contents of the Course
Within the scope of this course; entrepreneurship, immigrant, immigrant entrepreneurship concepts and definitions, immigrants' tendency to start a business, immigrant entrepreneurship dynamics, economic, social and cultural factors affecting immigrant entrepreneurship, social capital, social networks and business opportunities in immigrant entrepreneurship, intercultural competencies in immigrant entrepreneurship, legal and administrative difficulties, financing difficulties, the role of immigrant entrepreneurship in the national and global economy, immigrant entrepreneurship examples are discussed.
