Basic concepts of Health Information Systems and their relationships within the framework of general system theory and basic information technologies. In order for health information systems to perform their functions correctly, the Medical Cycle consisting of Observation, Diagnosis and Treatment stages and the definition of information technologies that enable the functioning of the medical, administrative and financial processes that will occur within this cycle, learning the concepts and the manpower resource that knows and understands these concepts and can carry out the applications will be achieved. It is an educational curriculum. The main sections of the course are Medical Informatics, Health Information Systems and types of information systems that should be in a hospital, electronic health records, basic data structure and data standards used in the field of health and their application areas. Nomenclature and classification systems. National and international interoperability in the field of healthcare and electronic and semantic standards used for data exchange. |
