The aim of the course:
The student taking this course is expected to have knowledge about the basic concepts of strategy and strategic management, strategic management schools, strategic direction, how to make external and internal environment analysis, SWOT analysis, how to create strategies, how to implement strategies, how to do strategic evaluation and control within the scope of strategic management process.
