Principles and types of chromatography, the material and instruments used, analyses of primary and secondary metabolites and other biomolecules with chromatographic methods, types of bioactivities investigated, current classical bioactivity tests, adaptation of bioactivity methods to chromatographic working systems, current studies of bioactivity measurements based on chromatographic analyses, advantages and disadvantages of the combined applications of bioactivity and chromatography, on-line bioactivity ? HPLC applications, bioactivity ? TLC applications, examples from current literature. |
