The aim of the course:
The main purpose of the course is to give specific knowledge about especially native Angiosperm plants in Turkey and their ecologic and functional characteristics for landscape architecture. In addition, the aim of the course is to teach how to evaluate the plants to be use in landscape architecture with which aims by providing the ecologic conditions which the plants can grow in.

Contents of the Course
Importance and natural range of the plants having seeds, the terms flora and vegetation, floral parts of Turkey, in Turkey important woody plants' ecologic and visual characteristics such as habitus, leaf, flower, bark of the plants, the terms genus, taxa, variety, etc. , and their usage in landscape architecture.
