Taking into account the social and daily life in the Ottoman Empire, especially the line of change that began to be experienced systematically in the middle of the 19th century, the neighborhood, religious life, working life, education, kitchen, dress, entertainment, socializing places, weddings, festivals, transportation-communication, to consider and evaluate in a holistic way in the center of basic issues such as health. |
