Preparation of chemical solutions, qualitative and quantitative determinations of some substances in plant tissues, measuring of osmotic potential in plant tissues, experiments for membrane permeability, transpiration, photosynthesis, respiration and fermentation, experiments about effects of plant hormones on plant growth , movement and development. |
