The aim of the course:
The course covers teaching methods and principles in football, performance measurement methods, aerobic and anaerobic systems, development of motor characteristics, and topics in biomechanics related to techniques specific to the sport.

Contents of the Course
The objective of the course is to equip students with knowledge and skills to describe the motor characteristics that need to be developed in the field of football, apply techniques specific to the sport, and analyze them based on principles of biomechanics.
