The aim of the course:
Examination of international standards in land management and their reflections on land management in Turkish land market
 
Programme OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : To understand the relationship between land and people, private property, registered area, unregistered areas and the existence of different legislation in the process of converting marginal land to immovable property through cadastre
PO - 2 : To be aware of the international approaches / standards in land management, and to compare these standards to our country’s standards
PO - 3 : To evaluate other data sets and systems affected by property data
PO - 4 : To analyze the current problems in the implementation phase from a technical, legal and institutional perspective, and to report their results
CTPO : Contribution to programme outcomes, TOA :Type of assessment (1: written exam, 2: Oral exam, 3: Homework assignment, 4: Laboratory exercise/exam, 5: Seminar / presentation, 6: Term paper), PO : Learning Outcome
