It is an extended exercise in the professional application of the skills and experience gained in the undergraduate program. This course will provide the students an ability to produce a detailed project report and an ability to communicate effectively. |

| An academic member of the department supervises independent study. The subject of the study could be a laboratory work, a literature search, or a fieldwork in civil engineering. The work must be presented as a formal report and defended before the jury. |
