The aim of the course:
The purpose of this course is to provide the students with a general knowledge on basic concepts of sampling theory and to show how the sampling theory is applied in practice.

Contents of the Course
Expected Value and Variance, Properties of Point Estimators, Basic Concepts of Sampling Theory, Simple Randomize Sampling, Sampling for Proportions, Estimation of Sample Size, Stratified Random Sampling, Estimation of Sample Size, Further Aspect of Stratified Sampling.
