The aim of the course:
To examine the oral, written and archaeological works of ancient civilizations and to have knowledge about the beliefs of societies in the historical process.
 
Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Be able to understand the distinction between the beliefs of the ancient West and the ancient Eastern civilizations.5 - 61,
LO - 2 : To be able to comprehend the influence and contributions of the beliefs of Anatolia and Mesopotamia to world culture1 - 61,
LO - 3 : Be able to understand the origins of ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman beliefs and their contributions to the state and society3 - 61,
LO - 4 : To be able to research on the living conditions of Old East and Western civilizations in the direction of their beliefs1 - 21,

Contents of the Course
Based on the mythology of creation, to examine the beliefs of the ancient societies and to find their place in the living conditions of that day.
