| Introduction to general pharmacology, pharmaceutical forms of drugs, routes of drug administration, mechanisms of drug action, pharmacokinetics of the drug (absorption, distribition, drug metabolism and exretion) factors modifying drug action, drug interaction (pharmacodynamic, pharmacokinetic) adverse effects of the drug, drug toxcity and treatment, drugs affecting fluid and electrolyte balance and agents affecting acid-base balance, vitamines, drug affecting respiratory system (antiastahmatic drugs, antitussives and expectorants) , GIS pharmacology (laxatives and purgatives, antiemetic drugs, antidierrheal drugs and drus used fort he treatment of the peptic ulcer) , cardiovasculer system pharmacology (antihypertensive drugs, drugs used fort he treatment of heart failure, antianginal drugs) , chemotherapeutıics, antiseptics and desenfectants, drugs affecting ectoparasities, endocrine system pharmacology (sex hormones, antidiabetics and antithiroid drugs) , non-steroidal antiinflamatory drugs and narcotic (opioid) analgesics, drug abuse and drug dependence, alchols. |
