The aim of the course:
Each student; 1. Knows the Nursing Model Based on Life Activities and understands its relationship with the nursing process. 2. Knows, applies and uses nursing skills within the scope of Control of Body Temperature, Respiration, Nutrition, Excretion, Working and Entertainment, Sleep and Rest, Expressing Sexuality, Death Activities, Oral and Parenteral Drug Administration and uses them in their professional practices.

Contents of the Course
This course covers the history of nursing, the importance of nursing in protecting and improving individual, family and community health, its roles and functions, the basic principles, concepts and values of nursing, the nursing process and the basic skills of the nursing profession. It also includes teaching, developing and applying basic professional skills in a laboratory environment.
