Mesleki iletişimin unsurlarını, mesleki iletişime etki eden faktörleri, insan ihtiyaçlarını doğru tanımayı, mesleki iletişimde öz farkındalığın önemi, sosyal ve mesleki iletişim arasındaki farkları, terapötik iletişim becerilerini, nonterapötik yaklaşımları, bireysel tepkileri anlama ve bunlarla baş etmenin önemi, özel durumlarda etkili iletişim (kötü haber verme, ağlayan hasta, ölümcül hasta, sürekli talepleri olan hasta, yaşlı hasta, çocuk hasta, ağrısı olan hasta, kaygılı hasta, öfkeli hasta vb.), çatışma ve kriz yönetimi konularını içerir. |
