- Introduction to physical examination -Nursing Process (assessment types, assessment methods, history taking, physical evaluation, data types, data organization, validity, recording, etc.) -Taking health history and Physical examination (purpose of the physical examination, physical examination environment) -Examination methods -Physical examination tools, positions -Interview skills in physical examination -General condition examination -Vital signs, pain examination -Mental and psychosocial status examination - Head, neck, nose and mouth examination -Eye and ear examination - Skin, hair and nails examination - Thorax and lungs examination -Heart vessels examination -Peripheral vessels examination -Abdominal and gastrointestinal examination -Genito-urinary organs (female, male) examination - Anus, rectum and prostate examination - Musculoskeletal system examination - Nervous system examination -Head-to-toe physical examination
