The aim of the course:
This course aims to instruct to students describing struggles and formations, reforms that were made in the life of administration, politic, culture, education and community in the late Ottoman history.The target of this course tries to obtain objective knowledge, using modern comparative methodology. In this sense, the basics ideologies of the last period of Ottoman history we will associate with the reforms occurred relating to progress in European history.

Contents of the Course
This course tries to examine that the essentials progress, in the reform period of Ottoman Empire (between The Tulip Era and The Second Constitutional Era), and deals with them in accordance with causal link. Besides, this course takes into consideration the transformations, occurred in the life of thought and public opinion.
