The aim of the course:
- Conducting problem analysis; To provide students with knowledge in establishing the relationship between problems and goals - To provide students with theoretical knowledge about project planning, preparation and management. - Improving the planning and execution capacity of projects

Contents of the Course
Using project management information is becoming increasingly important in institutions and businesses to use resources more effectively and efficiently. The course content includes information on the following topics that students may need in order to plan the right projects, manage them effectively and complete them to achieve the goals: - Project concept, Project Initiation Context; Logical Framework Approach; problem tree - Project, Program, Portfolio and Operation Management Relationship - Features of the Project, Classification of Projects, Project constraints - Project life cycle; Project Management Process Groups; Phases of the Project, - Organization in Project Management - Project Management Knowledge Areas - Activity and Time Planning in Projects - Critical Path Method
