The aim of the course:
To enable the students to gain information on first aid and natural disasters related to nursing applications, to teach the skill of application in urgent cases by considering the first aid knowledge and the fundamental principles in nursing.

Contents of the Course
1. Importance and objectives of first aid 2. Rescue and transport of injured person 3. Victim assesment and triaj 4. Basic life support 5. First aid in case of bleeding and shock 6. First aid for wounds 7. First aid for the victims with traumas 8. Fist aid for the victims with bone and muscle injuries 9. First aid for the clients with intoxications 9. First aid for the victims with burns and freezes 10. First aid for medical diseases, natural disaster and institutions related to first aid.
