 | PEO-1 Providing professional and analytical competence in the field of International Relations
To support graduates in developing the analytical competence necessary to pursue professional development in public institutions, the private sector, academia, research-oriented institutions, and project-based fields, based on the theoretical and applied knowledge they acquire in international politics, political history, international law, foreign policy, and regional studies.
PEO-2 Preparing graduates for career fields related to public institutions and diplomacy
To support graduates in pursuing positions such as specialist, administrative staff, project support personnel, and research-oriented roles in public institutions, local administrations, foreign relations units, and diplomacy-related professional fields through their knowledge of International Relations, written and oral communication skills, and analytical assessment capacity.
PEO-3 Supporting academic and research-oriented careers
To provide a foundation for graduates to pursue professional development in graduate education, academic work, research centers, and think tanks through the research skills they acquire in international politics, political history, international law, foreign policy, and regional studies.
PEO-4 Strengthening employability in the private sector and international business fields
To ensure that graduates acquire the professional competence to use their knowledge of the international system, global political economy, foreign trade, regional developments, and communication skills in fields such as the private sector, banking, foreign trade, logistics, media, consultancy, and similar areas of employment.
PEO-5 Preparing graduates for international organizations, project-based fields, and socially engaged professional areas
To support graduates in acquiring the knowledge and practical skills necessary to take on professional roles such as specialist, researcher, project officer, coordinator, or assistant manager in international organizations, relevant units of public institutions, project offices, research units, and civil society organizations working in areas such as migration, human rights, environment, security, development, the European Union, and sustainability.
PEO-6 Developing ethical awareness, lifelong learning, and adaptability to change
To support graduates in sustaining their professional development as individuals who are committed to ethical values, capable of critical and analytical thinking, open to lifelong learning, sensitive to social issues, and able to adapt to changing national and international conditions. | | | | Learning Outcomes of the Programme : |
 | | Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be able to : | | OP-1: | They will have the conceptual and theoretical background to carry out advanced studies in the field of International Relations and its basic sub-branches (International Politics, Political History, International Law).
