This course covers the main IMO Conventions SOLAS, MARPOL and STCW, as well as other conventions related to maritime safety and security and ship/port linkage, conventions for the prevention of marine pollution and contracts covering liability and compensation. It also includes a detailed understanding of the stakeholder groups in the maritime industry that are affected by and influence international rules. |
