The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to teach the distribution of organisms living in world oceans and different coastal ecosystem

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Learn about distribution mechanisms of organisms on the world 12,17
LO - 2 : Learn geographic distribution of biomes12,17
LO - 3 : distinguish properties of different costal ecosystem types12,17

Contents of the Course
Climate zones in the world, the Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, coastal ecosystems, rocky ecosystems, deep seas, coral reefs, life in the polar regions, mangrove forests, seagrass meadows, and the distribution of these systems in the world.
