The aim of the course:
Provide an overview about the water environment quality classifications, wastewater discharge policies and legal regulations for the protection of the water quality and principles for monitoring and controlling.

Contents of the Course
Chemical balance in the aquatic environment, the importance of water quality, water quality measurement and assessment. The effects of waste water receiving environments, detection of water pollution, water quality criteria and standards, water pollution risk analysis.
