The aim of the course:
To provide information to students in the field of underwater technologies, associated with the acoustics, underwater acoustics, and electronic technology.

Contents of the Course
Underwater sound physics. (Acoustic intensity and empedance, sound velocity, acoustic pressure.) Definition, specifications and circuit of Sonar and Echo-Sounder . Transducer types, logs, doppler rule and usage in underwater acoustics, acoustic pulse, frequency choice for purpose, wavelenght, bandwidth, pulse lenght, underwater acoustics problems.
