The purpose of toxicity tests, common features of toxicity tests, special toxic tests, determination of toxicity of chemical substances, frequency and duration of exposure, subacute and subchronic toxic effects, acute and chronic toxic effects, LD50 (lethal dose) , LC50 (lethal concentration), calculations (Traven method, Karber-Behrens method, Probit analysis method), the factors affecting the results of toxicology. |
