The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to inform students about the legal requirements related to the environment where aquaculture products are produced, processed, kept, sold and consumed.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
Laws, regulations and communiques of national and international related institutions which are implemented in order to protect the consumer and prevent unfair competition in the sector, regulations on instrument-equipment, regulations on hygiene and food safety, regulations on waste disposal, Turkish Food Codex and Product Communiqués, Communiqués of the Codex Alimentarius Commission established by the United Nations FAO / WHO Organizations.
