The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with a general swimming and life rescue techniques. Teach krawl style swimming and basic first aid techniques. Also, give crucial information on rescue and survival at sea, usage of survival craft (life boat, rescue boat) .

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 3 : summarize emergency procedure at sea 1,20
LO - 4 : carry out rescue tecniques at sea 1,10,20

Contents of the Course
Swimming techniques. Introduction to First aid, crisis management at sea. Safety and survival. Emergency situation. Personal life saving appliances. Survival at sea and hypothermia. Evacuation. Survival craft, rescue boat, means of rescue and fast rescue boat.
