The aim of the course:
This course aims to generate awareness about the sustainable management of forest ecosystems in preparing forest management plans with multiple objectives and conservation targets.

Programme OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : Develop a simulation and an optimization model for managing a forest landscape1,2,4,9,101,3,4
PO - 2 : Lay out management strategies and use the models to solve the problem2,4,8,93,4
