The aim of the course:
In Turkey and especially in the eastern Black Sea region, to know the wild plants used in food puroses and their usages.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
The advantages and disadvantages of wild plants, botanical and cultural features of plants, their importance in terms of agricultural production and world food security, plants can be cultured, centers of origin and product diversity in Turkey, different uses of non-food products, principles of these plants to benefit from and to be considered
