The aim of the course:
This course aims to critically evaluate strategic management theories, develop innovative strategic solutions, and apply these solutions in dynamic and complex business environments. Another objective of the course is to examine current research in the field of strategic management, equipping students with the skills to conduct independent academic research and contribute to the literature. Additionally, the academic and practical structure of the course allows students to experience strategic decision-making processes through real-world cases, providing them with in-depth knowledge of strategic decision-making processes.

Contents of the Course
This course aims to provide a comprehensive examination of classical and modern strategic management theories and models. It offers a broad perspective on topics such as strategic competition and the sustainability of competitive advantage through various theories and approaches. The different aspects of strategic management are explored in depth within the framework of Henry Mintzberg's schools of strategy. Additionally, modern strategic management elements such as corporate governance, social responsibility, and sustainability are also critical components of the course. In this context, students will have the opportunity to develop their strategic management skills through both theoretical knowledge and practical applications.
