The aim of the course:
To provide knowledge to apply various perspectives of organizational culture on organizations. To provide knowledge to plan the organizational culture.
 
Programme OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : define organizational culture from the point of view of international management metaphor 2 - 8
PO - 2 : explain societal culture, cross-cultural dimensions, convergence vs. divergence, theoretical perspectives used in cross-cultural analysis, the interaction between cultural context and organization.2 - 8
PO - 3 : apply various perspectives of organizational culture on organizations 2 - 8
PO - 4 : plan organizational culture 2 - 8
PO - 5 : analyse interaction between societal culture and organizational culture from the point of view of international management.

Contents of the Course
The definition of organizational culture from the point of view of international management metaphor. The explanation of the societal culture, cross-cultural dimensions, convergence vs. divergence, theoretical perspectives used in cross-cultural analysis, the interaction between cultural context and organization.
