The course seeks to enhance students ability to evaluate relationships among organizational behavior variables based on established theoretical foundations, to develop literature-informed reasoning skills, and to critically interpret organizational phenomena. |

| This course examines fundamental concepts and theories in organizational behavior from a multilevel perspective. At the individual level, topics include personality and personality typologies, emotional labor, job stress, burnout, positive psychological capital, psychological contract and its violations, mobbing, workaholism, work engagement, turnover intention, whistleblowing, social loafing and social facilitation, counterproductive work behaviors, and presenteeism. At the organizational level, the course addresses organizational identification, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational silence, organizational cynicism, organizational trust, perceived organizational support, power distance, organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational alienation, and workplace loneliness. The course also covers major theoretical frameworks frequently used in organizational behavior research, including Social Exchange Theory, Psychological Contract Theory, Social Identity Theory, Theory of Planned Behavior, Conservation of Resources Theory, Job Demands Resources Theory, Self-Determination Theory, and Affective Events Theory. By integrating conceptual knowledge with theoretical foundations, the course develops students competence in analyzing organizational behavior phenomena within a scientific framework. |
