Contents of the Course
interaction on free surface, introduction of Love and Rayleigh waves, surface wave in spherical earth model, great circle path, azimuth and back azimuth, group and signal concept, dispersion and phase and group velocity, attenuation of surface waves, free oscillations, mantle waves.
